Terms

Delivery Information

Delivery is free, and you should receive your good within 7 days. We aim to dispatch the good on the day of the order and they are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, first class or courier for heavier parcels.

Security Information

Our secure server software encrypts all personal information given over this site - including card numbers, names and addresses. Encryption occurs on entry, converting your information into pieces of code which are then transmitted down the line to a decryption program on our computer

No customer of ours has reported fraudulent card use as a result of a purchase made.

Payment Methods

We take Switch, Visa or Mastercard. If you want to pay by any other means, please call us free on 0800 028 2363

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting from the day after the day the order is received. Any costs involved in the return of goods to us, are the only charges that will be incurred by yourselves. All monies will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.
Should the goods be faulty, please call 0800 028 2363 (free) and we will arrange the replacement without charge. The line is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, or contact us outside these time via e-mail.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:
your name
address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

You can email us too. Your contact is Sohail Khan MSc  - Managing Director, and we promise to respond in 48hrs, giving a likely timescale for resolving the dispute.

All complaints will beheld in utmost confidentiality, and will be dealt with in a fair and effective manner, ensuring that you are kept informed at all times of its progress.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
