Shipping to Canada

Currently shipping to Canada is fast and reliable by Air Mail. Customs duties are also the lowest. By using Express Air Mail you can expect to receive your package in 7-10 days.

US and Worldwide Shipping

This is the most economical and reliable way to send your package overseas. Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times typically range from 7 to 10 working days , depending on the destination.

Returns policy?

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a 7 working day cooling off period, that starts on the day after you received the goods. Affordable Computer Training Limited accept the return of items only if they are unopened (this does not apply to our training CD's - which may be viewed) and in their original condition. 

If you return goods as detailed within 7 days of receipt, we will issue a refund to you within 14 days of their return to us, for the price you paid for the item(s) returned, however we reserve the right to charge a handling fee if the goods are not returned to us in their original condition. We recommend you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to us. 

Please note that you are responsible for the condition and costs of returning the goods unless the goods are defective. We do not accept the return of used books or computer software from third party suppliers ie Using The Sybex Study Guide CD's or Macromedia Dreamweaver MX etc. 

Please note:  overseas shipping costs are not refundable.

• Please put the original packing slip in the carton, and wrap the package securely
  so that no damage will occur during transportation.
• For your protection, please use Insured/Recorded Parcel Post when sending courses back so that you have a receipt for the shipment.
